Subscription Terms

Last updated: 1 September 2026

1. This is a subscription, and it renews on its own

What you are buying is a 7-day trial of a monthly membership. You pay a small one-off amount today. Seven days later, unless you have cancelled, we charge the full monthly price to the same card automatically, without asking you again — and then the same amount, on the same date, every month, until you cancel.

You can cancel during those 7 days. One click, in your account at snappassport.net/mis-fotos. If you cancel there before the 7 days are up, the monthly charge never happens: you pay the one-off amount and nothing else, and the photo you already paid for stays yours.

2. What you pay, and in which currency

You are charged in the currency of the country page you bought from. United States (snappassport.net): $0.99 today, then $49.99 a month, in US dollars. Canada (/ca): C$0.99 today, then C$69.99 a month, in Canadian dollars. United Kingdom (/uk): £0.99 today, then £49.99 a month, in pounds sterling. Australia (/au): A$0.99 today, then A$69.99 a month, in Australian dollars. New Zealand (/nz): NZ$1.19 today, then NZ$84.99 a month, in New Zealand dollars. Ireland (/ie): €0.99 today, then €44.99 a month, in euros.

We do not convert anything into US dollars ourselves: the amount that reaches your bank is the one above, in the currency listed next to it. If your card is issued in a different currency from the page you bought on, your own bank may convert that amount at its own rate and add its own fee, so the figure on your statement can differ slightly from the one above. That difference belongs to your bank, not to us, and we can send you the original amount and currency of any charge so that you can check it.

The one-off amount can be lower than the figure above if you accepted a promotional offer, and different visitors may be shown different entry prices. It is never higher than the figure above. Whatever the checkout screen showed you before you confirmed is exactly what we charge.

There is nothing else: no setup fee, no per-photo fee, no charge added later. The monthly membership includes up to 30 photos a month. The 7-day trial includes one photo in total.

3. When exactly the money leaves your account

Today, when you confirm the payment: the one-off amount for your country.

Seven days later: the first monthly charge. In the days before that date we email you a reminder with the renewal date, and your account at snappassport.net/mis-fotos shows that same date at all times.

The amount charged is always the one listed for your country in Section 2. That list is what governs, and it is what your bank will show. If a reminder email or a screen inside your account displays that figure with a different currency symbol, it is a display error on our side and not a change to what you pay: write to support@snappassport.net and we will confirm your exact amount in writing and correct the screen.

After that: the same amount every month, on the same date, until you cancel.

There is only one way you can be charged before day 7, and it is you pressing it: the "Activate" button in your own account ends the trial immediately and starts the first paid month there and then. We never do that on your behalf.

4. How to cancel, including during the trial

Sign in at snappassport.net/login, open snappassport.net/mis-fotos and press the cancel button. One click. No phone call, no chat, no reason required, and it is there during the trial as well as after it.

Cancel during the trial and the monthly charge never happens. Your access runs to day 7 and the photo you already paid for stays yours — the trial includes one photo in total, so if you have already used it there is nothing left to spend by waiting. Cancel later and there are no further charges: you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. Either way the screen confirms it straight away and your account then shows the date your access ends.

A cancellation is not irreversible while your access is still running: the same screen shows a resume button, and pressing it puts the membership back as it was, renewing on its normal date. If you cancelled by mistake and did nothing else, nothing was charged in the meantime.

If you cannot get into your account, email support@snappassport.net from the address you bought with and we will cancel it for you. If you no longer have access to that address, or you mistyped it at checkout, write from the address you use today and tell us the old one, along with the date and the last four digits of the card, so that we can find the payment. Not being able to sign in is never a reason for us to keep charging you.

One thing we should say plainly: until 26 August 2026 the cancel button only appeared once the membership had already started, so people who wanted out during the trial could not do it themselves and some were charged. That is fixed, and this is the fix. If that is what happened to you, email support@snappassport.net, tell us the button was not there, and we will cancel the membership and refund that charge. For those charges we do not apply the 14-day window in Section 5, and it does not matter which address you write from as long as we can identify the payment.

5. Refunds

Refunds are covered by our Money-Back Policy (/legal/money-back): write to support@snappassport.net within 14 days of the charge you want refunded, from the address you bought with — or, if you no longer have access to it, from the address you use today, telling us the old one.

When we refund a charge we cancel the subscription in the same move, so that the same thing does not happen again next month, and our reply says so. If our reply does not mention the cancellation, treat it as not done and tell us. Cancelling yourself in your account is still the fastest and surest route, and it does not depend on us having replied.

And the 14 days are not the whole story. If the only charges on your account are the entry price for your photo and your first monthly charge, we refund both of them in full whenever you ask — there is no deadline on that one, no reason required and nothing to prove. Section 2 of the Money-Back Policy (/legal/money-back) sets it out. From a second monthly charge onwards the 14-day window is what you can count on, and an older charge is read and decided by a person.

The 14 days are not the only door. If a photo we validated is rejected by the issuing authority, we look at it whatever the date on the charge: a new photo at no extra cost or your money back, your choice. And a request made outside the 14 days is not an automatic no — write to us anyway and we will look at your account and tell you honestly what we can do. Section 8 of the Money-Back Policy sets out the cases we cannot refund.

6. If a payment fails

If a monthly charge is declined, the card is retried automatically over the following days. We never add a fee for a failed payment and we never pass anything to a collections agency.

We want to be exact here, because it is the opposite of what most policies claim: a membership whose payment fails does not close itself. It stays open, your account keeps working, and on the normal date the following month a new invoice is issued and the card is tried again. So if you no longer want the membership, do not wait for the failed payments to end it — cancel it in your account in one click, or email support@snappassport.net and we will close it, cancel any unpaid invoices and confirm in writing that nothing further is owed.

7. If we ever change the price

The price you signed up on is the price you keep for as long as your membership runs. We may change our prices for new customers at any time, and the entry price can differ between visitors and over time; none of that changes an existing membership by itself.

If a change is ever going to affect your membership, we will tell you by email before it applies, and it will apply no earlier than your next renewal after that notice, so you always have a full period in which to cancel first. If you do not want the new price, cancel before it takes effect and you will never be charged it.

8. If you do not recognise a charge

Every charge you see from us comes from your SnapPassport account: the one-off entry payment, and then the monthly membership at the price listed in Section 2 for your country. On your statement it appears as SNAPPASSPORT.NET. The merchant of record is MONETIZANDO TU PASION LTD, Efesou 9, 5280 Paralimni, Cyprus — the same name and address your bank holds for the payment.

Before you call your bank, email support@snappassport.net with the date and the last four digits of the card. Write from the address you bought with if you can; if you cannot, write from the one you use today and tell us the old one. We will identify the payment and answer you in writing.

Where the charge is refundable under our Money-Back Policy, we can normally cancel the membership and return the money faster than a dispute takes. We would rather state the limits than let you find them: a charge that has already been refunded is not refunded a second time, and we do not refund where there is clear fraud or abuse of the Service. And once your bank has opened a dispute or chargeback on a charge, the decision sits with the bank and we are no longer able to return that money separately — which is why it is worth writing to us first. Whatever the outcome of a dispute, we will still cancel the membership on request so that nothing is charged again.
